Shipping

Giclee prints are made to order, so please keep that in mind - allow up to 10 days for prints to be created.  Orders are shipped within 2 - 5 working days following production of your order.​  Giclee prints do not come framed.  All orders are sent by Royal Mail tracked delivery.

Original paintings are shipped securely packaged and sent with tracking.  Please allow 2 - 3 days for me to pack the painting and get it on its way. 

What are Giclee prints

Refunds & Returns

All sales are final and refunds will not be given unless the product breaches a guarantee under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.  There is no refund or exchange if you change your mind - your circumstances change - you find cheaper products elsewhere.  ​If an art product is damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging as well as photographing the damaged art inside.  A refund or exchange may be available.  Please contact me directly via email if this happens.
